Baking Instructions

General information
Our soufflé products contain raw eggs and must be baked before consuming. Soufflés may not be cooked in a toaster oven or microwave.

If using convection oven to bake soufflés, use instructions below and decrease temperature 25°; bake approximately 5 minutes less.

Chocolate and Chocolate Mint Soufflé
Preheat oven to 375°. Remove all plastic wrap and wipe edge of ramekin to remove any mix. Place on baking sheet. If frozen, bake approximately 22 – 24 minutes. If thawed, bake 18 – 20 minutes. Heating times vary depending on oven. Carefully remove from oven. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Soufflé
Preheat oven to 400°. Remove all plastic wrap and wipe edge of ramekin to remove any mix. Place on baking sheet. If frozen, bake approximately 22 – 24 minutes. If thawed, bake 18 – 22 minutes. Heating times vary depending on oven. Carefully remove from oven. Enjoy!

Crème Brulee
Set oven on broil. Remove plastic wrap and lid. Sprinkle sugar evenly over top of custard on each ramekin. Place ramekin On baking sheet. Place in broiler about 2 inches from direct heat for 3-5 minutes, until sugar melts and top appears golden Brown. Remove from oven and let sit 8-12 minutes to allow top to harden. Serve and Enjoy!

Crème Brulee may be prepared from frozen or thawed. To thaw, place ramekin in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. If thawed, Broil 3-5 minutes until golden brown, remove from oven and let sit 3-6 minutes to allow top to harden. Once thawed, may Be refrigerated up to 2 days.

Serving Suggestions

Chocolate Soufflé and Chocolate Mint Soufflé
Serve on its own or place individual ramekin on plate with fresh berries, whipped cream, favorite ice cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Or open the center and add a warm chocolate sauce or crème anglaise.

Pumpkin Soufflé
Serve on its own or place individual ramekin on plate with whipped cream or favorite ice cream.

How should I store the soufflés and crème brulee?
Place soufflés and crème brulee in your freezer immediately.

How long will they last in my freezer?
Please refer to the Best Used by date on the box. Frozen soufflés and crème brulee last up to 12 months frozen.

Can I refreeze soufflés and crème brulee after they have thawed?
No. Once thawed, soufflés and crème brulee should be prepared and eaten immediately or stored in your refrigerator.

If I can’t refreeze them, can I keep them in the refrigerator? If so, for how long?
Yes, you can keep thawed soufflés and crème brulee in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.

If I bake several soufflés but don’t use all of them, can I keep them and serve at a later date?
Yes. Wrap unused baked soufflés in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. To reheat, unwrap and place in microwave for 30 seconds. The soufflés will not rise again, but the taste is still great. When in a rush, you can bake them in advance, reheat in the microwave and serve with a scoop of ice cream. It makes a great quick and easy treat for anytime.

Can you give me some serving suggestions?
Serve soufflés with your favorite ice cream, whip cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar and add fresh berries.

Are your products natural?
Our products are all-natural, trans fat free with no artificial colors or flavors.
